Suitable for Sparkling wines, Dessert wines, Mead and re-starting stuck fermentations. This yeast is capable of fermenting up to about 18% of alcohol by volume. If this yeast is unavailable try one of the CONNOISSEURS yeasts below. Each sachet is sufficient for a single volume of juice between 1 gallon (4.5 litres) and 5 gallons (22.5 litres).
