Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. To make any adjustments click "View Cart". After you have finished your selection, click "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that we reserve the right to decline orders where the total value of goods is less than £10. Orders cannot be amended after they have been placed, please therefore ensure that address details and products ordered are correct when placing your order.
If you cannot find a particular product that you wish to buy please use our "search" facility.
Payment can be by credit or debit card with complete security online, we are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). The cards we accept are MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.
Shipping And Handling FREE DELIVERY for UK mainland orders over £49. Only £4.95 for UK mainland orders of £19 to £49. For goods valued at less than £19 we charge a higher rate of £6.49 for handling and shipping, this reflects the cost of processing small value orders. The shipping charge, if any, will be clearly shown in the final total, at the Checkout, before you enter your payment details. If your order cannot be packed in one box, due to weight (30kg max. inc. packaging) or size we reserve the right to charge further shipping; we will contact you with this charge before proceeding. If you request goods to be left without signature it will be at your risk. If our carriers return your package to us having been unable to deliver it to the address given in your order we will refund the cost of the goods less the cost of the return carriage. For CHANNEL ISLANDS, EIRE and EUROPEAN destinations: Minimum goods order value is £30. We deliver only to those countries listed during the checkout and when you select your country the appropriate shipping charge will be shown. Please note that we are unable to despatch glassware outside the UK. Due to changes made by BFPO we are no longer able to ship to BFPO addresses.
Delivery Schedule We aim to have your order ready for despatch within one working day of receipt of order and payment subject to stock availability. We will email to advise you when we despatch your order; where we include a tracking link it is your responsibility to track the progress of your parcel. In the event of non-delivery or damaged delivery you must notify us by email within 7 days so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. If your order is returned to us undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address being given when the order was placed or due to no one being at the delivery address to receive the goods we reserve the right to make a charge for the extra costs incurred. If you cancel the order under these circumstances we will refund the cost of goods less the cost of the return delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery time refers to working days from the date of our despatch. Working days for our carriers are Monday to Friday and exclude Bank and Public holidays. Delivery to most parts of England and Wales will be next working day. Delivery might take longer to some parts of Scotland and non-mainland destinations. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timescale and our carriers are unable to deliver at a specific time of day. The European service generally takes between 2 and 6 days.
Back Orders We do not back order. If an item is not in stock we will attempt to contact you for your instructions. If we are unable to contact you we will remove the item from your order rather than delay despatch.
Product Images Where these images are available they are for illustration only and do not necessarily represent the actual article for sale.
Product Storage After delivery and prior to use all products with a Best Before date must be stored in cool, dry conditions and away from direct sunlight.
Tax Charges All prices shown are inclusive of the appropriate rate of VAT. Our VAT Number is 367 4152 43. Please note that we are unable to remove the VAT from any orders destined for the Channel Islands.
Payment Card Security The card details you submit are totally secure. All card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL encryption. We are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
Complaints Procedure All complaints must be made by and will be dealt with equally and fairly. We aim to respond to all complaints within one working day and to resolve all complaints within five working days. You will be kept informed of the complaint process. Any claim for non-delivery or damaged goods must be made by within 7 days of our despatch. Additionally any claim for damaged or faulty goods must be accompanied by emailed photographs of the damage or fault.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery by written notice to Art of Brewing via for a full refund, including anything you have paid us to deliver to you. Please quote the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Any goods returned must be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
